Our house rules are designed to ensure the undisturbed relaxation of our guests!
All guests may use the accommodation facilities of the Cormorant Harbour in accordance with the terms of this policy and by booking accommodation, guests acknowledge the terms of this policy.

Booking
A reservation is made when the reception accepts and electronically confirms the guest’s order, informing the guest of the conditions and finalisation of the reservation.
The reservation is made when the 30% deposit for the reservation is credited to the Port’s bank account.
Cancellation conditions
Cancellations are accepted in writing only.
Cancellation or modification without penalty is possible up to 14 days before the arrival date.
In case of cancellation within 14 days, we can refund the amount paid if the cancelled date has been sold to another guest.
In the event of cancellation on the day of arrival or no-show without cancellation, the full amount paid will be charged as a penalty and we will not be able to refund the amount paid.
Modification of reservation
Changes of dates can only be accepted by written agreement.

Reception
Opening hours vary periodically. The current opening hours can be found at the entrance of the reception.
Outside reception opening hours, the area is manned by a harbour master and guarded from 18:00 to 06:00.
