Booking and cancellation conditions

Arrival: between 14.00 – 18.00

Departure: between 08.00 – 10.00

 

Cancellation:

Reservations can be cancelled free of charge 14 days before the arrival date. In this case, the deposit will be refunded or can be used at another time.
If the cancellation is made within the 14 days mentioned above, we will be able to refund the amount paid if the date you booked is sold.

In case of cancellation on the day of arrival, the full amount paid will be charged as a penalty.

Accepted SZÉP cards:

OTP, MKB, K&H (Leisure, Hospitality, Accommodation).

 

Accepted card types:

 

Tourist tax: not included in the price, 450 HUF/person/night (payable over 18 years)

Pets: only allowed in certain accommodation types, please let us know in advance. Accommodation will be at an extra cost.
